Cozy Corner Cottage is a wonderful place to stay in the Valley! This fully equipped cottage is near Woflville, many wonderful wineries, Cape Blomidon, Scott's Bay and the list goes on and on. Cottage Rules

  1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the cottage. Outside, smoking on the property or on the porch IS allowed. Please use the disposal receptacle for butts. Please do not stub out butts on the grass or on the road.
  3. People other than those listed in the Contract may not stay overnight on the property. All persons on the property are the sole responsibility of the Guest.
  4. This property is privately owned, and the Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises. The Homeowner is not responsible for the loss of any belongings or valuables of the Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
  5. Keep the property and furnishings in good order
  6. Only use the appliances for their intended uses
  7. Pets are permitted only with prior approval and the Pet Addendum has been completed.
  8. Parking – there is enough room for 3 vehicles. Please park along the side or the front of the cottage as not to block the road or neighbors.
  9. Housekeeping – there is no daily housekeeping service provided. Linens and bath towels are provided. There are beach towels provided. We do not permit cottage towels or linens to be taken away from the cottage.
  10. Woodstove –Please do not put any combustible materials in the woodstove (ie spray cans). Please take care when opening the door and adding wood. If you are not familiar with using a woodstove, please ask, and we would be more than happy to show you how to use it. Keep children safely away from the woodstove when in use.
  11. Firepit – Please ensure that the firepit has been extinguished before you retire for the night. No daytime burning is allowed. Please do not throw any combustible materials in the firepit (ie spray cans). At times, during extreme dry weather conditions, the County will not allow outside burning. If that is the case, you will be notified upon Check-in.
  12. Setting off fireworks is not permitted on the property.
  13. Water and Septic – the cottage is on municipal water and septic systems. Please DO NOT flush anything other than waste and toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time.
  14. On the morning of your discharge, please wash all dishes. You can leave them to drip dry on the drainboard. Dirty and wet towels should be left in the tub.
  15. The Guest shall allow the Homeowner access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection.  The Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.
